Foam Heavy Duty is a high-alkaline liquid cleaning agent formulated for extreme contamination in food production facilities where standard cleaning agents are insufficient. It is specifically designed to remove burnt grease and protein residues accumulated in smoking chambers, sausage boiling vats, and frying/roasting units.

Usage Method and Application Protocol
Depending on the intensity of the contamination and the application area, the following methods should be followed:

Temperature and Concentration: For best results, it should be prepared at a temperature of 70-80°C and a concentration range of 1% to 5%.

Smoking Chambers: Apply to the surface manually with a brush or via foam machines. After waiting 15-30 minutes, rinse the surface with plenty of water.

Dish and Boiler Cleaning: The dish is filled with hot water, and the product is added to prepare the solution. After a waiting period (brushing if necessary), it is emptied and rinsed until all contamination is completely removed.

Safety and Storage Warnings
Material Warning: Not suitable for galvanized and aluminum surfaces; may cause corrosion on these surfaces.

Storage: Must be stored in a cool and dry place. Do not stack more than three containers on top of each other.

Safety: Corrosive due to its high alkali content. Protective gloves, mask, and goggles must be used during application.

Shelf Life: 3 years from the date of manufacture under appropriate storage conditions.
