Disinfect QAC is a high-performance liquid disinfectant containing quaternary ammonium compounds and nonionic wetting agents, developed for post-cleaning surface disinfection in the food and beverage industry. Its non-toxic nature and material-friendly formula provide complete protection across a wide range of applications, from piping lines to open tanks.

Method of Use and Application Protocol
For maximum disinfection effect, the product should be applied to pre-cleaned surfaces:

System and Tank Disinfection: Cleaned piping systems, containers and tanks are treated with Disinfect QAC solution. Excellent results are obtained when circulated at the recommended temperature and time.

Spraying Method: For filling devices and the exterior surfaces of open tanks, spraying at a concentration of 0.5% - 1% is recommended.

Local Treatment (Mold Control): For mold problems on exterior surfaces, a 1% solution can be applied locally using a brush.

Important Note: Surfaces in contact with food must be rinsed thoroughly after application. On surfaces not in contact with food, the product can be left as a film layer.

Restriction: The solution should not be left for extended periods in aluminum and galvanized tanks.

Safety and Storage Warnings
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at temperatures above -50°C. Do not stack more than three containers on top of each other.

Shelf Life: 3 years from the date of manufacture under appropriate storage conditions.

Access: Keep out of reach of children and store in its original packaging.
