Disinfect Oxy is an active oxygen-based, mildly acidic cleaning aid formulated for removing stubborn dirt that alkaline cleaners alone are insufficient for in food processing plants. In addition to its superior dirt removal power, its anti-foaming properties increase system efficiency, and it rapidly breaks down tough organic contaminants through oxidation.

Method of Use and Application Protocol
Disinfect Oxy should be used as a supplement in conjunction with an alkaline cleaner (e.g., Cip Alkali P or Cip Alkali Effective):

Preparation: Add to the 2% alkaline solution used at the start of cleaning.

Application Concentration: The ratio of Disinfect Oxy in the alkaline solution should be between 0.5% and 2.0%.

Operating Temperature: A temperature range of 60 - 80°C is recommended for ideal performance.

Continuity: In cases of heavy contamination, Disinfect Oxy may be consumed faster than the alkaline solution; therefore, it is recommended to replenish it at regular intervals throughout the cleaning operation.

Critical Warning: Since oxygen release will increase ambient pressure, the product should not be used in completely closed (non-pressure relief) systems.

Safety and Storage Warnings
Oxidizing Agent: May explode when heated (R5) and may cause fire in contact with flammable materials (R8).

Material Warning: Not suitable for use on aluminum surfaces with alkaline solutions.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. Do not stack more than three drums on top of each other.

Safety: Harmful if inhaled or in contact with skin. Protective equipment should be used during application.

Shelf Life: 3 years from the date of manufacture under appropriate storage conditions.
