Usage and Application Protocol
Cip Alkali Effective should be applied with professional dosing according to the system contamination:
Application Conditions: Should be prepared in the concentration range of 2.00% to 2.25%.
Temperature and Time: For ideal cleaning, the solution should be circulated in the system at a temperature of 40-60°C for 25-40 minutes.
Sensitive Surface Note: Testing must be performed before use on aluminum and alloy surfaces.
Final Rinsing: After application, rinse the system thoroughly with plenty of water until completely clean.
Safety and Storage Warnings
Corrosive Substance: Due to its high alkali content, it is corrosive. Always wear protective gloves, goggles, and clothing during application and preparation.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place. Do not stack more than two containers on top of each other.
Shelf Life: 2 years from the date of manufacture under appropriate storage conditions.
Access: Keep out of reach of children and store in its original packaging.
