Foam Meat is a professional cleaning and disinfection agent formulated to ensure the highest hygiene standards in meat, poultry, fish, and frozen food production facilities. Its strong alkaline structure and active chlorine content break down heavy fat contaminants and protein residues in seconds, providing complete sanitization on surfaces.

Application Area: Slaughterhouses, meat processing areas, floors, machinery and conveyor lines
Method of Use and Application Protocol
Foam Meat should be applied systematically with professional cleaning equipment:

Pre-cleaning: Pre-rinse with 40-60°C water to remove coarse dirt from surfaces.

Application Concentration:

Manual Brushing: 0.5% - 2.0%

Low Pressure Foam Machines: 2.0% - 5.0%

High Pressure Machines: 0.2% - 1.0%

Contact Time: After applying the foam to the surface, wait 10-15 minutes for it to take effect.

Final Rinsing: After cleaning, rinse the surfaces thoroughly with water at 40-60°C.

Safety and Storage Warnings
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Do not stack more than two containers on top of each other.

Safety: It is a corrosive substance; protective gloves and goggles must be worn during application.

Mixing Warning: Do not mix with acidic products; it will cause the release of toxic chlorine gas.

Shelf Life: 2 years from the date of manufacture under appropriate storage conditions.
