Cip Alkali P is a professional powder cleaning agent with high alkalinity, formulated for cleaning closed-loop systems in food processing plants. It is particularly effective in removing grease and organic contaminants from stainless steel lines, and provides complete hygiene when used in rotation with acidic cleaning agents.

Usage and Application Protocol
For CIP Alkali P to work at the highest efficiency, it is recommended to follow the steps below:

Pre-Rinsing: The system must be rinsed with water before application.

Application Conditions: Should be prepared in the concentration range of 2% to 3%.

Temperature and Time: The solution is circulated in the system at a temperature of 70-80°C for 20-30 minutes.

Final Rinsing: At the end of the process, the system should be washed with plenty of water until all chemical residues are removed.

Acidic Rotation Recommendation: To completely remove inorganic residues (scale, etc.), it is recommended to perform an acidic cleaning at a temperature of 50-60°C and a concentration of 1-2% after alkaline cleaning.

Safety and Storage Warnings
Material Testing: It is recommended to test materials other than stainless steel before use.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed. Do not stack more than two containers on top of each other.

Shelf Life: 2 years from the date of manufacture under appropriate storage conditions.
